By subscribing to OBMHub, you agree to the terms outlined below. This document sets out the conditions that apply to all users, plus specific terms for Social Media + Email Management (Consistent Connect) and Project Delivery services.
Applies to all users.
To get full value from OBMHub, and to receive the training, strategy, and support your plan includes, you agree to:
OBMHub is not responsible for outcomes, delays, or platform under-utilisation resulting from your failure to attend training, Masterclasses, or Working Bee sessions, or to engage with the onboarding and support resources provided.
(Please use these first: live chat, help center and video tutorials)
Attendance at the live sessions below forms part of your obligations under Section 1.1 (Client Responsibilities).
OBMHub's total liability to you under these Terms, however arising, will not exceed the total fees you paid to OBMHub in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold OBMHub, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents harmless from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
OBMHub provides powerful tools for your business growth. Clients are encouraged to:
Content managers communicate via va@onlinebusinessmarketing.com.au. Your SMM manager will email you as needed. Your strategy, content and project management is managed by Chantal.
While we strive to provide a reliable and seamless service, technical issues, outages or interruptions may arise, including those involving third-party platforms and circumstances outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions or loss of access caused by these issues. We are also not liable if a third-party platform suspends, restricts, disables or terminates your account, advertising account, page, profile or access to its services, as the use of third-party platforms is subject to their own policies, terms and decisions.
We aim to represent your brand and voice as accurately as possible. However, we rely on your feedback and input to refine and align our management with your expectations.
Our team is committed to delivering high-quality service. However, social media results can vary due to factors such as market trends, algorithms, and audience engagement, which are beyond our control.
For clarity, the 4–6 week estimate begins once you have completed onboarding (submitted all required information, provided access and brand assets, and attended any scheduled onboarding call). This is a good faith estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery date. If your delay in providing access, content, feedback, or approvals affects OBMHub's ability to deliver within this estimate, the timeline will extend by a period reasonably corresponding to the length of your delay. Following delivery, you will have seven (7) days to review the work and notify OBMHub in writing of any bugs or errors within the agreed scope; if you do not notify us within this period, the delivered work is deemed accepted.
OBMHub makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding leads, conversions, revenue, or other business outcomes resulting from websites, funnels, CRM builds, lead magnets, or automations delivered under Project Delivery. Results depend on factors outside OBMHub's control, including market conditions, third-party platform performance, and your own marketing efforts and timely cooperation.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute is treated as abuse under this section — see Section 13.2 (Chargebacks & Payment Disputes).
To cancel your OBMHub subscription, you must first email hello@obmhub.com from the registered account holder email. You will then be sent a Cancellation Form. Cancellation will not be processed until the form is completed and submitted. Access to the platform and all content is revoked upon cancellation. No content retention or recovery is permitted.
Cancellation notice is effective only once OBMHub has confirmed receipt of your completed Cancellation Form in writing. For Subscription and Consistent Connect plans, once your 12-month minimum term is complete, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your next billing cycle. One final payment will be processed on your next scheduled billing date, and your access will continue throughout the period covered by that payment. This final billing cycle allows time to complete any outstanding support, export your data and assets, and transition out of the platform without an immediate loss of access.
If you wish to transfer your OBMHub account to another GoHighLevel platform or provider, a $497 AUD Transfer Fee applies.
All websites, landing pages, funnels, automations, CRM structures, and digital assets built inside OBMHub are created and hosted within the OBMHub (GoHighLevel) platform infrastructure.
These assets are not standalone WordPress or externally hosted websites unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
While you retain ownership of your brand content (logos, images, copy, etc.), the website structure, hosting environment, and functionality exist within the OBMHub subscription framework.
If you cancel your OBMHub subscription:
OBMHub does not provide file exports of website builds in a format compatible with external hosting platforms (e.g., WordPress). Websites cannot be “detached” or removed from the OBMHub infrastructure and used independently.
If you wish to move your assets to another GoHighLevel provider, a transfer or snapshot transfer may be requested prior to cancellation and will incur the applicable transfer fee.
Once a subscription is cancelled and the account deleted, all data and content are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Clients are responsible for exporting contacts or requesting transfers before cancellation.
The website templates, funnel templates, workflow templates, knowledge base frameworks, branding frameworks, and all other pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies OBMHub uses to deliver services under these Terms (collectively, “OBMHub's Materials”) are and remain the sole property of OBMHub.
OBMHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the customised, white-labelled versions of OBMHub's Materials delivered to you (for example, your specific website, funnels, workflows, and knowledge base) solely for your own business purposes for as long as these Terms remain active. This licence ends automatically upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, consistent with Section 7 above.
You retain ownership of your own pre-existing brand assets, logos, business information, and any content you provide to OBMHub for use in your build out.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or transfer OBMHub's Materials to another agency or third party without OBMHub's prior written consent.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of your subscription, including information related to your business and customers, your services, pricing, processes, or systems, and OBMHub's services, pricing, processes, systems, templates, or methodologies that are not already publicly known.
These confidentiality obligations survive cancellation or termination of your subscription.
Because OBMHub runs on GoHighLevel as a sub-account structure, one of our core commitments is that you're never held hostage to the platform or to us as the provider. In the unlikely event that OBM/OBMHub were to cease trading or enter a dispute with GHL, our provisions are:
In other words, even though you're technically a sub-account under our agency, you are not “locked in” – you keep control of your CRM and marketing assets, and we'll actively help you land safely elsewhere if anything ever changed on our side.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it in good faith by contacting hello@obmhub.com. If it cannot be resolved this way within a reasonable time, either party may refer the dispute to mediation before pursuing court proceedings. The courts of Queensland, Australia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that proceeds to litigation.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or telecommunications outages, or third-party platform failures (including HighLevel or related infrastructure).
Formal notices under these Terms (as distinct from day-to-day support requests) must be sent by email to hello@obmhub.com, or to the email address you provided at checkout. Notice is deemed given once transmitted, provided there is no bounce-back or delivery failure.
During your subscription and for six (6) months afterward, you agree not to directly solicit or hire any OBMHub team member, contractor, or virtual assistant you were introduced to or worked with under these Terms, without OBMHub's prior written consent.
We welcome affiliates who wish to promote OBMHub. If you'd like to become an affiliate, please email hello@obmhub.com to request access.
Approved affiliates will receive 10% recurring commission on active subscriptions for the $147 Pro Plan, paid for as long as the referred customer remains subscribed.
Affiliates are responsible for using their unique tracking link provided in the affiliate portal.
By subscribing to OBMHub, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your card issuer, bank, or any third-party payment processor for any charge authorised under these Terms. All charges are made pursuant to your agreement to these Terms. Any billing or service concern must be raised directly with us at hello@obmhub.com before any dispute is lodged with your bank or card provider.
Where a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal is initiated, you agree that:
Chargebacks are not an appropriate substitute for the cancellation process set out in these Terms, and will not be treated as a valid cancellation notice.
The following timeline applies to overdue payments:
Reinstatement of a deactivated account requires payment of the full outstanding balance and any accrued fees, plus a reinstatement fee of $100 AUD. Reinstatement is at OBMHub's discretion and is not guaranteed.
The platform may incur usage-based fees (e.g., email sends/verification, phone numbers, call minutes, SMS segments, AI usage).
Add-On Features: If you enable or use add-on features such as AI Employee, WhatsApp, Online Listings, or WordPress integrations, you may incur additional usage-based charges. These charges vary based on the specific feature and your level of usage.
SMS & Phone Services: SMS, phone numbers, and call services are billed through connected third-party providers (external providers). You are responsible for all fees incurred with those providers. Delays, rejections, or service interruptions caused by carriers or their compliance requirements (for example, SMS registration or vetting processes) are outside OBMHub's control and OBMHub is not liable for them.
You are responsible for all usage incurred under your account.
To help protect your sending domain and improve overall email deliverability, OBMHub automatically verifies the email address of each contact the first time you send them an email.
This helps prevent sending to invalid, outdated, or mistyped addresses that can cause hard bounces, spam complaints, or damage to your domain reputation.
Email sending is billed at AUD 0.000709 per email (approximately AUD 0.71 per 1,000 emails).
Each verification incurs a charge of AUD 0.002625 per email (approximately AUD 2.63 per 1,000 verifications).
Charges are automatically deducted from your account wallet or billed to your payment method as they occur, with automatic top-ups in USD $10 increments when your wallet balance drops below the minimum threshold.
Each contact email address is verified only once; verified contacts are not rechecked unless re-imported or edited.
You may disable automatic verification at any time in your Business Settings. However, disabling verification increases your risk of high bounce rates and domain suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining clean email lists, complying with all applicable laws and regulations (including the Australian Spam Act 2003, CAN-SPAM Act 2003, and GDPR/PECR where applicable), and protecting your domain reputation.
OBMHub does not guarantee inbox placement, open rates, or specific deliverability results, as these depend on your content, frequency, domain history, and audience engagement.
If your campaigns generate a high volume of bounced or spam-reported emails, your branded sending domain may be temporarily suspended and switched to the OBMHub default domain until your list is cleaned and verified.
If you send 10,000 emails to new contacts, approximately 10,000 verifications may occur at a cost of around AUD 26.25. If verification identifies many invalid addresses, those emails will be automatically blocked from sending to protect your domain reputation.
This verification process safeguards your sending performance and ensures compliance with best-practice standards across all OBMHub email systems.
These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified via email and updates will take immediate effect.
By continuing to use OBMHub services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
